Welcome to PlanFuel, a journaling and self-improvement app that helps users reflect, set goals, and track their progress. By using PlanFuel, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlanFuel, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. Use of the App

PlanFuel provides tools for journaling, goal setting, affirmations, and personal vision boards. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and not impersonate another person.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• PlanFuel Pro is a premium subscription that provides access to additional features.
• Subscriptions are managed via Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled.
• We do not offer refunds unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and branding in the app are the intellectual property of PlanFuel and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. User-Generated Content

Anything you save in your journal, goal tracker, or vision board is private and owned by you. We do not access, view, or share your entries without your consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• No use of the app for illegal or harmful purposes
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or exploiting the app or its features

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide PlanFuel "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damages resulting from use of the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the new terms.
